An EA form is a report of employees' salaries and statutory contributions paid for the past year. Every employer must provide his employee with their EA Form by the last day of February. The deadline for 2020 is the 28th of February 2021. Failure to submit will result in a fine of up to RM 20,000 and/or up to 6 months' imprisonment.
